2.1 The Effective Date of the Plan is January 1, 1957.

2.2 The Effective Date of the Regulations as herein written is January 1, 1992. The terms of the Plan as restated shall apply to all Members, Disabled Members, Past Members, Pensioners and Spouse Pensioners.
