Introduction

The Clergy Pension Plan of the Diocese of Montréal (the "Plan") was established by the Diocese of Montreal for the Clergy of the Diocese of Montreal.

The Plan is hereby amended and restated effective January 1, 1992 to incorporate amendments to date and changes required under the Income Tax Act. The terms of the Plan as restated shall apply to all Members, Past Members, Pensioners and Spouse Pensioners.
